Yep… went and saw The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe yesterday with my good friend Greer, her brother, Jed, and thier friend Cullen. It was a great movie and it brought back so many childhood memories from reading this in the 1st or 2nd grade. Okay now to the detials: the special effects and computer graphics on this film are truly stunnning. I can not believe how high the bar was raised with this film. At no point did I think Aslan was just a CG animated character, and some of the battle scences in this movie were just unbelievable. ILM of course did this film and I was really excited to see how much progress has been made outside of Star Wars. I really hope the producers of this film concider making the whole series because I see this series as being the next Lord of the Rings. I give this movie a 9 out of 10. The SE, the casting, the flow, and the plot (it follows the book very well) were all top notch. Some of the music could have been better, but hey, you can’t get John Williams to do every film 🙂
