The new year has gotten me to reflect a lot more. I guess this being in the mist of biggest transistion of my life so far (being a student to being an IT professional) has started to wear on me a little bit more. I realize the value of seeking God in everything I do. …

Coach Carter

Well I went and seen Coach Carter this weekend, and I have to say I was a little surprised. MTV films has gotten better over the years and this one was decent. There were some questionable scenes which pushed the PG-13 rating to the limit. In my opinion if they had been taken out, it …

Ocean’s Twelve

The firefox ad in the NY Times is out today and I have to say I am impressed. I can’t believe an open-source browser would get this kind of attention. Polar Express

National Treasure

I saw Disney’s National Treasure this weekend and I have to say I was quite surprised. I thought the movie was better than I thought it would be. Nicolas Cage makes a good treasure hunter, but he is no Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford). Justin Bartha, the computer geek of the movie, did the geeks of …

The Incredibles

I saw The Incredibles TWICE this weekend and I have to say Pixar has really outdone themselves again. I thought that Toy Story 2 and Monsters Inc. were spectacular but the visuals in The Incredibles was just unbelievable. There was a shot of this rocket launch and I couldn’t tell if it was CG or …

Healing Rain

I purchased the new Michael W. Smith song, Healing Rain, from the iTunes Music Store yesterday and I have listened to it about 10 times in a row because it really speaks volumes about me right now. I am in need of God’s healing rain. It says in 2 Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore, if anyone is …
