Well… its been a while since I have gone and seen a movie and with work, my house, and my trip to Vegas I haven’t had time to even think, let alone watch a movie. Despite that, I couldn’t miss this… It’s Snakes on a Freaking Plane, with the man, Samuel L. Jackson. If you have been following anything about this movie, you know that the title is what makes this film. Samuel Jackson also threatened to quit the production when he heard that the producers were going to change the title to Pacific Air Flight 121. I don’t blame him Pacific Air Flight 121 is lame. So anyway, he also got the Internet community involved because the producers were shooting for a PG-13 rating. Well, that of course didn’t happen.
So… on to what I thought about this film. Snakes on a Plane was so mother f****** awesome. Supposedly IMDB says this is an Action/Horror/Thiller, but I would disagree and say it is more of a Action/Comedy with a little bit of scary moments mixed in. There were some obsene scenes that lacked taste, but I guess an R rating takes a bit of work. Samuel did an excellent job, of course and the supporting cast was also good (Kenan and Kel are in this movie). Okay, with that said, I give SOAP a slithering 7 out of 10. Just enough of a plot to understand why they were on the plane to begin with, but that was pretty much it. Go see this film if you want a good laugh and aren’t scared of snakes jumping out and killing people in funny, grusome ways 🙂
