I went and saw Pride and Prejudice with Greer and Becca this weekend, and I would have to say that I actually enjoyed the film. It wasn’t too long (there are several versions of this movie, one being 5hrs in length) and there was actually a really good plot behind it. I guess when you base a movie off of a best selling novel that has stood the test of time, then you have a good film. If you do a good job of it. I would have to give this movie a 7.5 out of 10. This is the first movie I have given a half-point too, but it is not an 8 movie or a 7 movie, 7.5 is just right. I am not a fan of chick flicks, but this one isn’t your typical romanatic film. Or maybe I am just getting older and my resistance is failing me 🙂
