Apple Headaches

So… I have had some trying times with the Apple support lately, which is a surprise to me. I have had nothing but good experiences with Apple Care until now, but all of that changed this week. I have had to go to the Apple Store twice to get support on fixing my issues with my battery and power adapter. When I finally figured out what was all wrong I had to replace a battery that Apple replaced because of a recall for me 5 months ago and my power adapter.

Why would Apple replace a recalled battery with a battery that holds a charge for 5 months? AND why would they refuse to replace a faulty battery, that they sent me after only 5 months of regular use? All I can say is that’s ridiculous, Apple covers every new battery with a standard 1 year warranty and refurbished ones only have a 90 days… Why give out a substandard product and expect people to just deal with it?

Bottom Line: I bought Apple Care to be supported, and I shouldn’t have to spend hours of my time over several days, to end up spending $200 to fix my laptop.
